Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution and wastewater disposal.
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues in residential and commercial properties.
- Install and repair pipes, faucets, water heaters, sanitary fixtures and drainage systems.
- Handle concealed and exposed piping works.
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure work is completed according to safety and quality standards.
- Attend emergency maintenance calls as required.
- Keep records of assignments and produce detailed work reports.
- Drive company vehicles to transport technicians, tools and materials to job sites.
- Complete assigned work orders efficiently and professionally.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain high service standards.
