Key Responsibilities Plumbing Maintenance - Perform preventative and reactive plumbing maintenance
- Diagnose and repair plumbing faults, leaks and water system failures
- Repair blocked drains, burst pipes, faulty valves and taps
- Install and maintain water supply, drainage, sewerage and stormwater systems
- Repair and replace geysers, pumps and sanitary fittings
- Respond to emergency plumbing breakdowns Building Maintenance - Conduct routine plumbing inspections
- Assist with general building maintenance
- Ensure uninterrupted plumbing services across all buildings
- Coordinate maintenance with contractors and suppliers
- Maintain plumbing equipment and company tools Compliance & Inspections - Ensure compliance with South African plumbing regulations
- Conduct plumbing inspections and testing
- Issue Plumbing Certificates of Compliance (COCs) where applicable
