Responsibilities
- Coordinates between the stakeholders and all support levels.
- Optimize Support process.
- Accountable for support documentation on online platforms.
- Improve the Performance of the Platform Admin Team.
- Ensures all requests are fulfilled within the SLA agreed timeframe.
- Fully responsible and leading the mass disturbance process.
