Sr. Strecth Operations Manager

We are looking for a Sr. Strecth Operations Manager to build a new team.

Key responsibilities

• Build Your Team: Lead the recruitment of 7 senior engineers to fill critical positions in Spain.
• Take Technical Command: Become the subject matter expert for Linux platforms, Ceph storage, and OpenStack.
• Mitigate Risks: Ensure that the Telekom migration and the stability of the Stretch platform are not compromised during the transition.
• Design the Future: Establish on‑call policies, operational workflows, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation standards.

What we'd like to see

• Credible Leadership: 2+ years managing technical teams and the ability to attract top‑tier talent within the Spanish market.
