Job Description
At Zempler Bank, we’re looking for a Platform Engineer who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our core technology platforms are secure, stable, and performing at their best so our customers and colleagues can rely on them every day.
This is a hands‑on operational role where you’ll be involved in monitoring, incident management, service requests, and ongoing platform maintenance. You’ll support areas such as Microsoft 365, identity and access management, patching, vulnerability remediation, and backup and disaster recovery while also helping us spot opportunities to improve and automate how we work.
You’ll work within ITIL‑aligned processes, carrying out root cause analysis, tracking trends, and helping us meet our service standards, while collaborating closely with teams across the bank and our external partners.
