Job Description
GCash, a leader in FinTech solutions, is looking for a Platform Manager to drive platform strategy and operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions for new initiatives.
- Lead RFI/RFP processes for vendor selection.
- Collaborate with Legal on contract negotiations to ensure advantageous vendor engagements.
- Collaborate with Procurement on commercial negotiations to ensure the commercial model is advantageous.
- Govern the overall platform lifecycle: feasibility, introduction, growth, maturity, and decommission/migration/replacement.
- Maximize platform investment and vendor engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years IT industry experience as Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Project Manager.
- At least 3 years of stakeholder management experience.
- Experience in the IT domain within financial services (bank or non-bank) preferred.
