We are partnered with a world class IT services provider based in Spain but working with clients on a global scale. They have created a new opportunity for a Platform Technical Lead to join them.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

You'll own the operational engineering standards across our platform estate. That means defining what good looks like for production readiness, signing off on high risk changes and having the authority to push back when something isn’t ready.

You'll reduce repeat incidents by finding and eliminating the structural weaknesses that cause them. You'll replace manual, tribal knowledge with automation and codified processes. You'll manage platform capacity before it becomes a crisis rather than after.
