Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Mixing and maintaining all solutions and correct processing temperatures
+ Regulating current input and plating time to obtain desired thickness of plate
+ Understanding and working from formulas and specifications
+ Performing all plating and related tasks to work pieces processed in the plating area
+ Processing parts through a series of vats to anodize, nickel chemical de-burring, penetrate, and chrome plate, passivation, pickle and strip; always following instructions and directions from supervisor and team leads
