Job Description
- Perform wall and ceiling plastering to achieve smooth, even surfaces according to project specifications
- Prepare and mix cement, mortar, and related materials accurately to ensure proper consistency for plastering tasks
- Carry out surface preparation and finishing works to ready walls and ceilings for final application and appearance
- Monitor and maintain quality workmanship by inspecting plastered surfaces and correcting defects promptly
- Comply with site safety regulations by following safety procedures and using protective equipment consistently
- Support general construction activities by assisting team members with tasks as needed to meet project deadlines
- Adapt to work schedules including overtime, weekends, and public holidays to fulfill project requirements
