Plant Technical Team Member

Job Responsibilities : Verification of New Product / New process / 4M Change / audit of respective validations & effectiveness. First-year warranty of new products (first time right of new products) -ensure proper validation before commercial launch. Customer complaint reduction, corrective action & effectiveness monitoring. Reduction of warranty as per Corporate guidelines. Guide team on process parameter improvements at various stages of manufacturing for reducing scrap & improving quality. Reduction of manufacturing defects as per Corporate targets. Experience & Qualifications: B. Tech, 5-7 years of experience working in New Product Development/ Technical in Auto ancillary industry. Battery background is preferable. Industry Preference : Automobile
