Plant Performance & Sustainability Leader

PepsiCo is seeking a dedicated professional to lead the development of manufacturing performance and sustainability systems at the Sundar Snacks plant in Lahore. You will ensure performance KPI delivery and facilitate corporate productivity according to the AOP plan.

Your role includes monitoring plant performance measures, conducting performance audits, and collaborating on sustainability initiatives while effectively managing internal and external reporting systems.

A degree in Engineering is required, along with 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing excellence practices.
