Plant Performance & Smart Factory Lead

Ferrero International is seeking a Plant Performance & Projects Lead to join our Hazelnut Company Chile team. You will drive plant performance improvement through the implementation and promotion of the Ferrero Operational Excellence Program and Smart Factory initiatives.

Your role involves leading cross-functional projects, overseeing budget planning, and fostering collaboration to effectively execute operational priorities. Strong experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing is required, along with fluency in both Spanish and English.
