Plant Performance & Lean Projects Lead

Ferrero International S.A. is looking for a Plant Performance & Projects Lead to join their Hazelnut Company team in Chile. This role focuses on driving performance improvement through the Ferrero Operational Excellence Program.

The candidate will lead cross-functional projects and work closely with Plant Managers to achieve operational goals. A degree in engineering and solid experience in Lean Manufacturing, along with fluency in Spanish and English, are essential for this position.
