Are you comfortable working around heavy machinery and industrial plant?
We are recruiting for a Plant Operative to join a busy aggregates operation in the Bath area.
This is a hands-on role supporting the safe and efficient operation of a heavy industrial site.
The Role
Your responsibilities may include:
- Operating fixed and mobile plant
- Monitoring production equipment
- Completing basic plant inspections
- Identifying and reporting faults
- Supporting routine maintenance activities
- Cleaning and maintaining operational areas
- Loading and moving materials
- Following site health and safety procedures
- Completing production and operational records
- Working closely with maintenance and operational teams
