Job Summary

This role ensures that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The manager serves as a key link between the Mexico-based team, U.S. North America leadership and Matrix SCHERDEL Wiesauplast Germany, supporting cross-border collaboration and compliance with both U.S. and Mexican regulations.
