Job Description
The Plant Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of site operations, including safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. The role owns end-to-end manufacturing execution—from project release and tooling through production and shipment—ensuring operational excellence and a superior customer experience.
This position drives the strategic development of manufacturing capabilities, including process optimization, automation, and scalability, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and quality standards. Acting as a key member of the leadership team, the Plant Manager builds organizational capability and aligns site operations with business objectives to deliver sustained financial and operational performance.
