With offices in County Antrim and Fermanagh, our client is a well established engineering business currently seeking a Plant Maintenance Supervisor to join their growing team.

The post holder will work as part of a team, coordinating the maintenance and repair of all plant. The role involves daily communications with plant maintenance providers as well as Site & Factory managers.

The successful candidate can be based in either the Co Fermanagh or Co Antrim office, training will be provided on company specific systems.

Responsibilities:
Ensure preventative & reactive plant maintenance is coordinated to best suit the work pattern across multiple sites
Authorisation of monthly plant repair costs including damage charges from external companies
Provide guidance to the support staff tasked with generating the maintenance records and purchase orders for repairs.
