Plant Human Resources Manager

Position: Plant HR Head Location: Peddapally Village, near Balanagar Check Post, Near Shadnagar, Bangalore Highway Industry: FMCG Manufacturing Preference: 45 – 50 years Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Plant HR Head to lead the Human Resources function for a large FMCG manufacturing facility located near Shadnagar, Balanagar Check Post on the Bangalore Highway. The plant operates on a 30acre dedicated manufacturing site producing home care products such as detergents and shampoos for a leading multinational brand, with a workforce strength of approximately 1200 employees including contract manpower (900) The role requires strong expertise in stakeholder liaising, industrial relations, statutory compliance, contract labor management and HR operations in a large manufacturing environment.
