Plant Engineering Support Coordinator

Role description

Carry out repair and maintenance work on factory services and equipment to maintain efficiency of the plant

Responsibilities:
Manage and deliver discrete projects within own area, to deliver specified business benefits within a set time frame and cost-effective manner.

Liaise with company insurers to ensure statutory testing of equipment is carried out & logged on time within legal requirements.

Keep up with current legislation requirements & ensure such information is distributed within the department to relevant personnel.

Manage & record maintenance of plant facilities, i.e., roadways & buildings.
Manage / control contractors carrying out work on site.

Provide hands on maintenance, repair & technical support, to team and plant.
