• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to travel to the U.S. and Europe for periodic conferences
• Bi-lingual (business fluent) in English and Spanish
• Excellent Excel skills
• 5+ years of experience in a plant controller position or similar role
• Strong leadership with direct reports. Ability to mentor and develop employees. Ability to set an example of strong work ethic, discipline and organization
• Strong communication skills with both the Plant Manager and the Senior Manager of Controlling, Mexico
• Willing to perform detailed analysis
