Our client is an established Tier 1 automotive manufacturing company based in Strathroy, Ontario, specializing in magnesium and aluminum castings. They operate with a high-performing team and are seeking a Plant Controller to lead their finance and IT functions. Reporting to the CFO, the Plant Controller will lead the finance and IT functions at the plant level. Overseeing all accounting operations (AP, AR, payroll, general ledger); preparing and reviewing financial statements; leading month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes; maintaining internal controls and supporting annual audits.
