Job Description
Role Summary: Responsible for overseeing plant financial operations, cost management, and performance analysis to support business decisions and improve profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage plant budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Monitor and control manufacturing costs (materials, labor, overhead).
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management.
- Partner with operations to improve cost efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls.
- Support month-end closing and reporting activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting (CA/CMA preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing finance.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting and plant operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
