Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage charter and load plans for oversized or irregular capital equipment shipments.
- Prepare aircraft loading instructions, coordinate revisions with airlines, and secure approval from load masters.
- Oversee ULD packaging and cargo build‑up, ensuring warehouse teams execute load plans accurately despite dimensional variances.
- Provide ongoing training to freight and warehouse staff on handling complex, non‑standard cargo.
- Optimize cargo planning to maximize yield, reduce airline costs, and ensure timely uplift schedules.
- At least 5 years of experience in in airfreight and capital equipment logistics.
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills, especially when actual cargo dimensions differ from planned specs.
