Job Description
Role Summary
Lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controls for large-scale commercial, hospitality, residential, villa, township, mixed-use, and redevelopment projects. Ensure timely delivery through effective schedule management, progress tracking, delay analysis, recovery planning, and management reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project from mobilization to handover.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays, and drive corrective and recovery actions.
- Coordinate with execution, design, procurement, QS, quality teams, and consultants for seamless delivery.
- Prepare MIS dashboards, progress reports, look-ahead plans, and project performance updates.
- Establish project controls processes to improve schedule predictability and delivery outcomes.
