Our Planning & Resource Team (PRT) is at the heart of bringing new schemes from contract engagement through to full operation, overseeing everything from equipment commissioning to ongoing maintenance and scheme setup.
We’re looking for a dedicated Planning Coordinator to support this busy team and ensure all administrative and clerical tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Reporting to the Senior Planning & Resource Team Leader, you’ll be a vital point of contact for colleagues, clients, and residents, helping to keep projects on track and our service running seamlessly.
In this role, you’ll support day‑to‑day office needs, manage key communication channels, and coordinate essential scheduling and reporting activities that underpin our operational success.
