Job Description
POSITION: Demand Planner
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- More than 4 years of proven experience specifically in Demand Planning , including statistical forecasting, demand analysis , consensus planning, and demand variability management.
- Experience in production planning, supply chain operations, material replenishment, S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning), Inventory Control and scheduling is highly desirable.
- Advanced Excel skills. Experience with Blue Yonder and SAP (S/4HANA is a plus).
- Knowledge of database management, PowerPoint, SAC, and Hyperion Planning.
- Strong background in inventory management, statistical and mathematical analysis, material supply planning, B2B negotiations, forecasting accuracy (KPIs such as MAPE, BIAS), and product obsolescence management.
