Planner, Supply Chain (Lagos de Moreno)

This position is responsible for ensuring supply availability in support of product deliveries to attain company objectives for on-time delivery, lead time, and customer requirements.

• Ensure that rolling, weekly supply plan in system supports customer commitment dates; communicate risks (gaps) and improvements.
• Work with OEM Vendors on shortage resolution, build schedule clarity, and build plans in support of Ciena forecast. Identify critical shortages and capacity constraints and take appropriate action to close gaps quickly.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve supply gaps in support of production and new product introduction (NPI).
