Job Responsibilities

• Analyze spare parts turnover and classify them as high, medium, low, and critical parts.
• Plan advance purchases of high‑turnover spare parts, critical parts, and safety stock.
• Manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) according to inventory levels, lead times, and pre‑established reorder points.
• Track spare parts ordered through purchase orders from issuance to customer delivery.
• Generate monthly KPIs and reports for the Supply Chain area.
• Generate documentation for preparing shipments to customers.
• Invoice spare parts and services.
• Assist with conducting physical inventories.
