About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the Planned Care and Production Planning Manager. Reporting to the Group Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving the planning, coordination and delivery of planned care services across the Counties Manukau District.
Working in partnership with senior clinical and operational leaders, you will lead production planning, oversee planned care performance, and ensure services are delivered efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on quality, equity and patient outcomes.
