Join our Emerald Foster and Kinship Care team as a compassionate and committed Placement Support Worker, to work closely with foster carers, children and support services to ensure placements are stable, supportive and tailored to each child's unique needs. You work will help build brighter futures by fostering strong relationships, advocating for children's wellbeing and delivery trauma-informed, person-centred care that truly makes a difference.
