Placement Coordinator Intern

Role Description:

This is an hybrid, full-time role based in Pune for a Placement Coordinator Intern. The primary responsibilities include assisting students in their placement process, coordinating with recruiters and companies, and supporting training initiatives to enhance the employability of students. The intern will manage communication with stakeholders, schedule interviews, and ensure smooth execution of placement drives. Full-time conversion after 3 months based on performance.

Key Responsibilities: 

Placement Coordination - Coordinate with companies for scheduling interviews and selection processes

Student Support  - Maintain student databases (profiles, resumes, placement status), communicate job opportunities, coordinate interviews and follow up with students
