About the role
Reporting to the ITT Placement Manager, the Placement Coordinator is an integral part of Early Year Initial Teacher Training provision and will be responsible for securing nursery and school placement settings, employers and candidate matching through efficient coordination of the learner journey, effective support and coordination services, and other team responsibilities that will change on need. Coordinators will work closely with their team, Candidate Support Managers, and Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and Finance teams to ensure an outstanding end‑to‑end experience for participants. Cross‑team collaboration is essential.
