Job Description
Monadelphous seek Piping Supervisors to join our Engineering Construction Division, working one of our major oil & gas projects on a FIFO 2:1 roster. This role will include opportunity to work on nightshift with a generous salary package and nightshift allowances.
We are offering this position for candidates across Australia, with point of hire flights paid from any capital city.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical direction to the trades teams
- Supervise and coordinate Piping works on site.
- Lead and mentor trades, contractors, and trade assistants.
- Plan daily activities, allocate resources, and monitor productivity.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project specifications.
- Liaise with project teams and clients to ensure project objectives are achieved.
