Responsibilities- Lead a team to deliver the project on schedule and within budget.
- Organize, direct, co‑ordinate, and motivate project team members.
- Conduct overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and updating to meet targets.
- Establish the work breakdown structure and budget in accordance with cost-control estimates.
- Continuously improve the operations of the project team where appropriate.
- Establish and administer all site subcontractors to ensure execution and quality of their obligations.
- Report to the Project Director the status of the project, especially regarding cost and progress.
- Maintain manpower management, safety policies, procedures, and environmental issues related to piling works.
