Job Description
Job Overview
Lead the strategy of Light Transport Aircraft (LTA) FAL and MRO in Seville, setting goals and coordinating improvement actions to meet them.
Responsibilities
- Lead Lean steering committees for all improvement activities (Lean, TIPs, PPS, HK and main projects, KPI definition at all levels).
- Organize LTA day and activities to enhance LTA brand.
- Implement and train OES digital tools such as Digital SQCDP, One Single Flow, Control Room, Process Confirming at all levels.
- Plan Health & Safety activities at workshop level, coordinating process confirming, communication plan and routine procedures.
- Work across silos and cultures, requiring strong communication and presentation skills.
- Maintain awareness of potential compliance risks and act with integrity.
