About Ferra Ferra is a strength training system for adults 50+. What you'll do

• Run in-person strength assessments using Ferra's clinical framework — capturing strength, stability, and mobility data at each station
• Identify each member's limitations, contraindications, and movement considerations — and communicate these clearly to the coaching team so every session is safe from day one
