Less than 4 days/week (28 hours) will not be considered - 7 hour day with unpaid lunch Will Work Remotley Must be willing to work onsite Must be in-network for Medicare and Medicaid and have an active NY License and DEA 20 minute follow up appointments and 60 minute evaluations Average of 20 patients/day Very busy Practice, Provider must be strong and Self Sufficient Typical cases; Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, Heavy Benzo population, No Addiction
