Summary This position resides within the Primary Care Service Line at the Dakota Dunes Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) within the Sioux Falls VA Healthcare System. Responsibilities This position resides within the Primary Care Service Line at the Dakota Dunes Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) within the Sioux Falls VA Healthcare System. The Physician is an integral part of the Primary Care team and is called upon to perform the following: 1. Provides total care of the Veterans' medical needs by performing history and physical exam, ordering appropriate lab tests, radiology studies, screening studies. This includes evaluating those tests, developing a treatment and follow-up plan to include medication, medical equipment, and home based interventions within the guidelines laid down by the supervising physician.
