Physician - Neurology

Description

Position Summary

The physician has the responsibility of providing diagnoses and treatment to the spectrum of cases that present to the physician based on the physician’s area of specialty. This will include patients normally seen in an acute care clinic or primary physician’s office but will usually not include longitudinal care.

Position Qualifications

Experience

• Current or recent experience in Neurology  is required

Education

• Graduate of an approved medical school is required
• Successful completion of residency training in an ACGME accredited in Neurology  program is required

Required Certification/Licensure

• Board Certified/Eligible in Neurology by the Oregon State Board of Medical Examiners (OSBME) 
• MD (Doctor of Medicine) or DO (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine)
