Board-Certified Primary Care physicians throughout Montefiore's network are available in a variety of settings in the Bronx and Westchester County, including hospitals, clinics and individual practice locations.Our Primary Care offices, many of which have been designated as patient-centered medical homes, are highly accessible, provide proactive and seamless care, and engage patients in their own health. We provide healthcare services in Family and Social Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as diagnostics and educational programs.Montefiore is expanding our Primary Care service into Westchester County, NY.
