Work Dates Needed : 7/6/2026-12/23/2026 Preferred Schedule : Mon & Wed, 7a-4p Tue & Thu, 10a-6p Fri, 7a-1p, No weekends or holidays Worksite Setting : Outpatient Clinic Health Clinic Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : Active NV license, NV CDS, BLS and DEA. Must have Primary Care and Occ Health experience. Epic experience a huge plus EMR : EPIC Pay Rate Preferred : $120-$130 per hour
