Responsibilities
The Physician Assistant/Clinical Assistant will be required to perform, order, and interpret diagnostic and therapeutic investigations/interventions. Duties include performing history and physical exams in a variety of settings such as the Emergency Department and wards, and following patients in the pre‑/peri‑/postoperative ward and/or other clinical settings. Assistants will attend clinical and educational rounds, maintain standard‑of‑practice recordings of all patient encounters, and may necessary dictation or electronic medical records where available. Communication skills in English with interdisciplinary health‑care teams are essential.
