Physician Assistant ICU Intensivist Critical Care (Days)

**Position Highlights**

+ Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 7 on / 7 off rotation, providing excellent work-life balance.
+ Critical Care Focus: Provide high-acuity care in a collaborative inpatient ICU setting.
+ Manageable Patient Load: Average of 12 patients per shift.
+ Clinical Responsibilities:
+ Inpatient rounding
+ New and established patient evaluations
+ Hospital and ED consults
+ Pre- and post-operative care
+ Individual in-basket management
+ Procedural Opportunities: Perform central lines, arterial lines, and intubations.
+ Autonomous Practice: Enjoy a high level of independence with physician support readily available and an expanding Critical Care team.
+ Mentorship & Onboarding: Structured 12–18 month transition program with physician oversight, peer mentorship, and formal training milestones.
+ Preferred Background: At least 1 year of Critical Care/Acute Care experience. New graduates welcome!
