We are currently looking for a part‑time receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries
• Book and confirm appointments using our scheduling software
• Process client intake forms and manage medical documentation
• Handle payments and issue receipts
• Assist with general administrative duties as needed
