Physical Therapist (Home Based Primary Care)

Summary This position is in the HBPC section of the Rehabilitation Extended Care, Dayton VA Medical Center, Dayton, Ohio. The Physical Therapist (PT) who works at this level provides assessment and treatment intervention on an independent basis across the continuum of care and services provided by the Care Line. Physical Therapist is expected to carry out general duty assignments but primarily serves as a subject matter expert in a content specialty area.
