Job Description
Summary
Entry‑level role within the Global Command Center responsible for supporting physical security systems, help desk operations, and incident response. Serves as a key point of contact for issue resolution, work order management, and coordination across internal teams, vendors, and global security partners.
Core Responsibilities- Act as primary point of contact for customers to handle security related work orders
- Answer help desk calls and emails for problem resolution
- Log and track inquiries using work order management database, ensure information is accurate, prioritized and appropriately assigned
- Research incident tracking system for similar incidents/resolutions
- Identify, evaluate, prioritize, follow‑up and timely completion work orders
- Communicate with team members, vendors and customers‑directing and leading others to seek resolution
