Takes responsibility for a high standard of practice based & domiciliary phlebotomy service to support the clinicians of the practice in providing a quality patient service. This includes following clinical procedures and protocols and other associated procedures as directed and supervised by the Partners or Nursing Team.Ensures responsibility for a high standard of community based venepuncture service to support the clinicians of the practice when appropriate to do so.Using ICE software to request blood sampling logs all blood tests onto patients electronic clinical record prior to sending to the laboratories for testing and accurately completes blood forms, which are matched with the blood tubes.Electronic data entry of re...
