Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of high-value relationships
- Identifying, cultivating and stewarding major donors through deeply personalised engagement that inspires transformational giving
- Travel to meet donors in their location and accompany them on international field visits to World Vision programmes, and curate exclusive New Zealand experiences that turn interest into long-term philanthropic commitment
- Develop individual donor plans that balance ambitious fundraising targets for the most vulnerable children with genuine, trust-based partnership
- Contribute to compelling storytelling that brings World Vision's global impact to life for New Zealand donors, connecting their generosity to real outcomes for real children
- Respond to warm introductions converting networks into meaningful new philanthropic relationships
