Philanthropy Advisor: Major Gifts & Donor Stewardship

New Zealand Red Cross in Wellington is seeking an Advisor Philanthropy to cultivate and steward relationships with donors, supporters and members, inspiring significant gifts and bequests to support life-changing services across New Zealand. This role sits within a dynamic fundraising team and requires confident engagement with diverse communities.

The position is permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) with flexible working options: three days in the office and the remainder from home.
