You hold a Master's degree in Ancient History or in Languages and Literature (Greek and another language, preferably Latin), or an equivalent qualification.Students who will obtain one of these degrees during the 2025–2026 academic year are also eligible to apply.You have a strong academic record, reflected in very good to excellent study results.You have an excellent command of Ancient Greek and are familiar with, or can demonstrate a strong interest in, papyrological research.Basic knowledge of Ancient Egyptian (especially Demotic) is considered an asset but is not required.You possess excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Dutch and English.You are willing to present research results at national and international conferences and to wider audiences.You look forward to collaborating with the other researchers involved in the project.
